This design starts with the shirt, not with a blank hoop. I made it for that split side seam area on a kids tee or sweatshirt, where you want the opening to look finished and sweet instead of plain. The Christmas Lace shape gives that cutout edge some holiday detail, and the side bow finish turns the seam into the part everybody notices first.
