Source of Reviews
Reviews displayed on this website may originate from:
- Verified purchases made directly on artapli.shop
- Verified purchases made through our affiliated online stores
- Imported historical reviews from our official IT store and related Artapli sales channels
Imported reviews reflect genuine customer feedback collected through our previous e-commerce systems. Where technically possible, such reviews are marked or internally recorded as imported.
Verification of Reviews
We take reasonable steps to ensure that reviews reflect real customer experiences. Reviews may be linked to confirmed purchases or validated through order data when available.
However, unless expressly marked as "Verified Purchase," a review should not be interpreted as formally authenticated under EU consumer verification standards.

We do not edit reviews in a manner that alters their original meaning. If minor formatting adjustments are made (e.g., spelling corrections for readability), the substance of the review will remain unchanged.
Negative Reviews
Artapli does not remove reviews solely because they express dissatisfaction or negative opinions. Constructive criticism is permitted and may remain visible provided it complies with this Policy.
Transparency and EU Compliance
As a business operating within the European Union, Artapli complies with applicable EU consumer transparency and fair commercial practice requirements.
We do not systematically suppress negative reviews or selectively display only positive feedback in a misleading manner. Review moderation is performed to ensure legality, relevance, and platform integrity.
