- Digital files are for personal and small business use — unless otherwise stated.
- Reselling, sharing, or redistributing digital files is not allowed.
- You’re responsible for having the proper embroidery machine or software to use the designs.
- All designs are © Artapli and protected by copyright law.

By using this Embroidery Combiner tool, you agree to the following terms:

Eligibility and authority
You must be able to form a legally binding agreement to use this tool. If you use the tool on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for that business. -
Design rights and permitted use
You may upload and process only embroidery files that you legally own or that you are authorized to use and to create combined or modified embroidery output files from.
You are responsible for following the license that came with each design you upload. If any design license restricts modification or creating modified versions, you must follow that restriction.
This tool does not grant you permission to redistribute, sell, share, publish, or upload embroidery files or combined outputs unless the original designer licenses allow it. -
Your consent to process uploads
By uploading files, you grant Artapli a limited, non-exclusive permission to process your files solely to provide the combining and export service to you.
This permission does not transfer ownership of your files and does not give Artapli any rights to your designs beyond operating the tool. -
What the tool does
This tool allows you to upload embroidery files and arrange them on a workspace.
You can move, rotate, scale, duplicate, delete, and combine designs into a single machine embroidery output file.
The tool may also provide hoop sizing guidance, previews, color management options (including color sorting), and optional print utilities such as 100% scale pages and color steps. -
Output and modification
This tool generates a combined or modified machine embroidery output file based on your inputs and your edits.
Your original uploaded files are not replaced or overwritten by the tool. The output is a separate file.
You are responsible for reviewing, saving, and downloading your outputs. This tool is not a backup or archiving service. -
File format limitations and conversions
Different embroidery formats store different types of information. Exporting to a different format may not preserve every feature or machine-specific behavior (for example: trims, tie-ins, stops, color metadata, or certain commands).
You are responsible for selecting the correct output format for your machine and verifying the result in your embroidery software before stitching. -
Machine, materials, and workflow limitations
Embroidery results depend on your machine/controller, its settings, the software used in your workflow, and production conditions such as fabric, stabilizer, thread, speed, and tension.
Rotation, scaling, and combining may affect density, overlaps, stitch order, and stitch-outs.
Always stitch-test the combined output on sample fabric before production. -
Privacy and file handling
Files are processed automatically and are not manually reviewed as part of normal operation.
The service is designed to use temporary storage only as needed for processing. Uploaded files and generated outputs are intended to be deleted after processing or after the session expires.
Do not upload confidential or sensitive personal information. -
Prohibited use
You agree not to:
Upload files you do not have the legal right to use or modify
Use the tool to facilitate infringement or unauthorized redistribution or resale
Upload malware, executables, scripts, or non-embroidery files intended to harm the service
Attempt to bypass security measures, rate limits, or abuse the service
Interfere with the service, overload it, or attempt unauthorized access -
Intellectual property
Artapli does not claim ownership of your uploaded designs.
Artapli retains all rights to the tool, website, and software used to provide the service. -
Service availability and changes
This tool is provided as a utility. Features may change, be updated, limited, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Uptime is not guaranteed. -
Disclaimers
The tool is provided as-is and as-available.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Artapli makes no warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. -
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Artapli is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, business interruption, production losses, or material waste arising from use of the tool or the output. -
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Artapli from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your uploaded content, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of third-party rights. -
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Artapli operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise. -

Results depend on your machine controller, its settings (including trim rules and thresholds), the software used in your workflow, and production conditions such as fabric, stabilizer, thread, speed, and tension.
This tool is designed to reduce long untrimmed travel threads, but it cannot guarantee specific stitch results across all machines, controllers, settings, or materials.
Always stitch-test the output on a sample before production use. -

User Responsibility
This tool is provided to analyze ZIP files containing embroidery designs you legally own. You are responsible for following the license and usage rules that came with each design.
If a design is for personal use only, it remains personal use only, regardless of which software, app, or tool you use.
No Storage or Sharing of Files
Uploaded files are processed automatically and deleted after session ends.
• Files are not stored long-term.
• Files are not manually reviewed.
• Files are not made accessible to other users.
• Files are not shared with third parties.
• No permanent library of uploaded designs is created.
No Modification of Files
The analyzer does not modify the files inside your ZIP.
It only reads and displays information about file names, formats, structure, and other basic details.
Your original embroidery files remain unchanged.
Not a License or Permission Tool
This tool does not grant permission to redistribute, sell, or share embroidery files.
All copyright and license rules established by the original designer remain in effect.
Use With Designs From Other Digitizers
You may use this tool with any embroidery files you legally own. The analyzer does not change, modify, or redistribute the designs.
All normal license rules still apply: you may not share, sell, or distribute embroidery files unless the original designer allows it.
No Liability for User Actions
Artapli is not responsible for how users apply, combine, or distribute their own designs or designs purchased from others.
Any misuse of copyrighted work—including violations of a designer’s license—is the sole responsibility of the user.

This analyzer is offered as a free utility. Features, performance, or availability may change, be limited, or be discontinued at any time without notice.
