ZIP Helper Tool Guide

Open the ZIP folder to see the files inside and download only the ones compatible with your machine—no sorting through folders, searching for individual files, or dealing with ZIP extraction. Preview all included files, sizes, stitch counts, estimated stitching time, and number of colors.

Open the ZIP Helper App

From the menu bar, select Apps, then choose ZIP Helper App.

Read the Terms of Use

By using the app, you agree to the Terms of Use—please review them carefully.

Select or drop

Drop or upload an embroidery file or ZIP from your computer using the pink Browse button.

Choose the size

Open the subfolders to see all sizes. Choose the size you’re planning to stitch.

Choose the format

Choose the format that is compatible with your embroidery machine.

Preview and download

Download all the individual files you need.

Preview design details

Check the size, stitch count, estimated time and number of colors.
