Made for fabric that deserves to show
Some Halloween fabrics are too good to hide under heavy stitching. I made this bow so the fabric can stay part of the finished look, especially through the spider web areas where the lace effect opens up the design and lets the print or solid color underneath come through. That gives the bow a lighter look than a fully filled design, while still keeping the Halloween feel with bats, web details, and a ghost worked right into the shape.
This is an applique design, so you get the clean bow shape without covering the whole piece in dense stitching. That matters on hair bows, shirt fronts, and other projects where bulk can change the way the item sits.
I included a wide size range from 4 inches to 8 inches because this kind of design gets used in a lot of different ways. A smaller size works well when you want a quick accent, and the larger sizes give the web and bat details more room to show clearly.
