4. File Handling and Deletion

The tool is designed to process files automatically and use temporary storage only as needed for processing.

Uploaded files and generated outputs are intended to be deleted after processing or after the session expires. The tool is not an archiving service. If you need to keep a file, you must save your own copy.

Do not rely on the service for long-term storage. No online service can guarantee absolute security or deletion in every scenario (for example, unexpected errors, backups, or system logs).

5. Output and Modification

This tool generates a modified output file intended to reduce long untrimmed travel threads in DST workflows.

The original file you upload is not replaced or overwritten by the tool. You are responsible for saving your own copies of both the original and the output.

6. Machine and Workflow Limitations

Embroidery results depend on your machine controller, its settings (including trim rules and thresholds), the software used in your workflow, and production conditions (fabric, stabilizer, thread, speed, tension).

Do not upload confidential information. While the service is designed for automated processing and deletion, no online service can guarantee absolute confidentiality or security.

9. No License Grant for Designs

This tool does not grant permission to redistribute, sell, or share embroidery files or modified outputs. All copyright and licensing rules set by the original designer still apply.

10. Service Availability and Changes

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Artapli from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your uploaded content, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.
