Very nice stitch out. I only used the lettering part of the design. It doesn't stitch as it looks in picture though. It's just flat. Doesn't have the dimension to it as you might think by looking at the picture. Thought I was having a problem and the customer service was fast and very helpful the first time I contacted them. The second time I contacted them on the look of the stitch out (not looking like the picture), I never got a response.
