I live in FL and LOVE flamingos...so this design was the perfect choice for my granddaughter's 3rd birthday on March 1st! This is the first time I tried a fringe design, and loved it-easy to stitch out. Slight puckering is my fault, as I have developed neuropathy in my fingertips (thanks chemo!). So the shirt wasn't hooped 100%, but I don't think my GD will mind.
