A big fluffy happy face with fringed edges, a playful design for kids' shirts, pillows and blankets.

The happy face comes in 4, 5, 5.5, 6, 7, 8, 8.5 and 9 inches. Stitch as usual, then cut the bobbin thread under the long satin stitches and fluff up the fringe. A tack seam holds the fringe in place, so it is safe to wash.
