Stitch out for the fringe portion is terrible quality. The taffy down stitch does not work. It takes so long to stitch this out because the machine starts and stops. I've tried this design on two different machines with the same issue. Freshly serviced machine, and I've been doing this for years. The shop owner is EXTREMELY rude and aggressive. Check out the other reviews. This is not someone I will do business with again.
