I didn't need customer service, the file downloaded great and the instructions were complete enough for me to stitch this darling fluffy dog. If you go to the link that the seller suggested to see a tutorial on how to cut the back, that is helpful too. Although, my confidence would have been boosted had the tutorial been showing the fluffy doggy. I was a bit nervous to start cutting but I did it and it turned out beautiful! My granddaughter will love it included on her graduation quilt.
