Stitch the placement line, place a piece of appliqué fabric over it, then stitch the tack-down line. Trim the excess fabric close to the seam, and finish with the cover stitches.

I can only review on delivery which was instant. Like loads of other designs they are in my to do box. I'm sure you all have those. It looks cute though. I intend to cut off some old jeans to make shorts. I am going to put them on the hem. When I get round to it. ;-)
