A 3D dragonfly with raised lace wings. Pretty on bags, pillows, jackets and kids' clothes.
Two sizes, small and large, with wings about 3 and 3.5 inches wide. The wings are freestanding lace, and a separate body stitched onto your item holds them in place.

I really like the pattern, I doubled the wings, one large and one small and made a lapel pin. Love it! I don't have the photo on my computer, so can't add it at this time.

I loved using the two sizes to add dimension to a quilt with dragonfly fabric. They look so cute. I grabbed the wrong stabilizer and didn't figure it out until it wouldn't wash out. Ha! Since I embroidered 3 sets of wings in one hoop, I didn't want to start over. The wings still looked fine using a soft white cut away.
