A little Easter carrot that mixes freestanding lace with fluffy fringe leaves. Use it as girls' earrings or a pretty spring charm.

The finished carrot is about 1.8 inches. It is freestanding lace stitched on wash-away stabilizer, with fringe you cut and fluff for a soft, fuzzy top.

Freestanding lace! I recommend using Vilene or any other fabric-like water-soluble stabilizer (not the clear film type).
Simply hoop only the water-soluble stabilizer, stitch out the design, rinse away the stabilizer, and let it dry.
