A cute fluffy fringed owl in a flower garden, for girls' outfits, pillows, bags and summer decor.

The owl comes in four sizes: 5, 5.5, 6 and 7 inches. Stitch as usual, then cut the bobbin thread under the long satin stitches and fluff up the fringe. A tack seam holds the fringe in place, so it is safe to wash.
