Making fringe is easy. Embroider the design as usual. Large satin stitches will be loose. Once you complete stitching the design, turn over your hoop to see the reverse side, and cut the bobbin thread, along the large satin stitches. Turn the hoop back over and fluff up the "fringe" around.

Simply hoop your fabric with stabilizer and stitch the design directly onto it.
