Fluffy fringed garden flowers for a split side seam cutout with a side bow, for girls' tees and sweatshirts.
The design comes in six sizes: 4, 4.5, 5, 5.5, 6 and 6.5 inches. The flowers are fringed: large satin stitches are cut from the back and fluffed up.
