A tropical hibiscus whose petals turn into fluffy fringe after stitching. A bright summer touch for beach totes, sun hats and kids' tops.

The fluffy fringed hibiscus comes in six sizes: 1.7, 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5 and 4 inches. After stitching, cut the long satin stitches on the back and fluff them into fringe. The lace leaves in the photos are sold separately.
