Create a fun and spooky felt bow with this easy in-the-hoop (ITH) project - perfect for kids' hairpins, brooches, gift wrap, or festive accessories!
Included a PDF file with the directions.
Making fringe is easy. Embroider the design as usual. Large satin stitches will be loose. Once you complete stitching the design, turn over your hoop to see the reverse side, and cut the bobbin thread, along the large satin stitches. Turn the hoop back over and fluff up the "fringe" around.

Stitch the design, cut the bobbin thread on the back of satin stitches, then fluff the fringe.
