An ice cream cone with two fluffy fringed scoops. Sweet on kids' shirts, bags, towels and summer decor.
The ice cream comes in five sizes: 4, 4.5, 5, 5.5 and 6 inches. The scoops are cut on the back and fluffed up; a special seam holds the fringe, so it is safe to wash.

Absolutely safe for washing! Simply stitch the design, then turn your hoop over to view the back. Cut the bobbin threads behind the satin stitches, and fluff up the fringe.
