A light, delicate 3D lace hibiscus flower for jewelry, hair clips, kids' clothing, bags and gift cards.
The finished flower is 1.5 or 2 inches. It is stitched as three freestanding lace layers that you stack and sew or glue together in the center.

Freestanding lace! I recommend using Vilene or any other fabric-like water-soluble stabilizer (not the clear film type).
Simply hoop only the water-soluble stabilizer, stitch out the design, rinse away the stabilizer, and let it dry.

The item didn't meet my expectation because it's not a flower what it is is a layered leaf design. Was expecting it to be more flower like. BUT it does stitch out very well. I would have preferred if you could unlock the layering so that you could scatter the designs more cost effectively into the hoop.
