UPDATE: the seller got in contact with me and was able to make things right and was very sincere. I appreciate it and the updated file of the coaster stitched out great. I purchased this coaster design to make in my 5x7 hoop, using the 5 inch design that was stated in the description. My machine says the file is too big and can’t be opened. Ive reached out twice to the seller to check on the sizing and haven’t heard back. Disappointed because I wanted to make these for a gift.
