A little gnome in a snowflake hat with a fluffy fringed beard, for Christmas shirts, towels, stockings and ornaments.

The gnome comes in 4, 4.5 and 5 inches, plus a 2.5 inch mini. Light stitching lets the fabric show through. Stitch it as an applique, then cut the bobbin thread under the long satin stitches and fluff up the fringe. A tack seam holds the fringe, so it is safe to wash.
