Quick way to use up scrap vinyl but I had a lot of trouble getting the puff foam to tear away without tearing through the stabilizer. I'm not giving up though...the design is too cute! UPDATE: I found that using a hot blade and tracing around the foam made it much easier to tear away. I LOVE this design and have made soooo many! They'll make great little gifts for my dog training friends!
