A 3D fringed tassel in freestanding lace, for keychains, bags, curtains, pillows and home decor.

One flat lace piece rolls up into a tassel about 3 inches tall; a little glue or a few hand stitches hold its shape. Wear and wash resistant.

Place puffy foam on top of fabric when prompted and stitch over it. Remove excess foam after stitching.

A lot of work just to say "I made it myself" but isn't that what freestanding lace is all about? :) I didn't have the proper kind of wash away stabilizer so my little tassel isn't perfect but it sure is cute. I know better for next time!
