I bought this design specifically for the 6x10" design that was advertised as part of the package. The download included the two smaller sizes but not the larger one I need. I sent a message twice to the shop owner. Both times I got an automatic response saying she would get back to me within 24 hours. I sent the first message more than two weeks ago and the second one a week ago. I have received nothing since the automatic responses. Makes me think that she has the automatic response set up just so she can maintain her Star Seller status. Won't be buying anymore designs from this shop.
