The truck comes in 4, 5, 6, 6.5 and 7 inches, with larger layouts at 4 and 5 inches that include falling hearts.

Stitch the placement line, place a piece of appliqué fabric over it, then stitch the tack-down line. Trim the excess fabric close to the seam, and finish with the cover stitches.
