The design comes in three sizes: 3.5, 4 and 5 inches. Stitched on wash-away stabilizer, then rinsed and dried, so the lace stands on its own.

Freestanding lace! I recommend using Vilene or any other fabric-like water-soluble stabilizer (not the clear film type).
Simply hoop only the water-soluble stabilizer, stitch out the design, rinse away the stabilizer, and let it dry.
