A witch hat with a fluffy fringed brim in freestanding lace, for Halloween earrings, charms and pendants.

The hat is about 2 inches and also comes laid out as a pair. Freestanding lace combined with fringe: stitch, cut the bobbin thread under the long satin stitches and fluff, then rinse away the stabilizer.

Freestanding lace! I recommend using Vilene or any other fabric-like water-soluble stabilizer (not the clear film type).
Simply hoop only the water-soluble stabilizer, stitch out the design, rinse away the stabilizer, and let it dry.
