I was so excited to use this, but I have not been able to get the foam to pull away nicely. I've tried multiple types of foam and even double stitching the foam cutout layer. I have not had issues with other puffy fonts. I am not sure what I'm doing wrong or if the foam cutout section needs work. I usually have great luck with everything else from this shop. I will keep trying. update: the use of a heat gun does help

The letter stitched out beautifully. My only thing is the video wasn’t really clear. I contacted the seller and she walked me through it. I’m not found of the raw edge look so may be I’ll paint it . I don’t like that you can see my stabilizer.
