It is easy. Embroider design as usually. Unhop your project and sew by hand ready prepared FSL mini flowers. Positions are not marked
Freestanding lace! I recommend using Vilene or any other fabric-like water-soluble stabilizer (not the clear film type).
Simply hoop only the water-soluble stabilizer, stitch out the design, rinse away the stabilizer, and let it dry.
