1. frame in 1 step applique, inside is transparent
2. and frame in 2 steps applique, inside filled with fabric
Stitch the placement line, place a piece of appliqué fabric over it, then stitch the tack-down line. Trim the excess fabric close to the seam, and finish with the cover stitches.
