For me, the stitches are too short/too close together for leather and therefore don’t look very tidy. It looks passable from a distance but I’m worried how long the stitches would actually last. I thought I’d scale it slightly to make it more commercially viable (hooping costs/time) but it doesn’t resize at all well in my software (PE Design 11). The loop isn’t deep enough to work well for a normal flat steel split ring large enough for the width of the folded over tab. The ring is too tight against the rivet which weakens the rivet fastening, so it only works with a flat bottomed /oblong
