Each pocket comes in sizes from 2 to 5.5 inches, from baby items up to adult clothes, plus four big pockets at about 7 inches. A wide satin cover stitch with a triple outline on top holds the pocket firmly and looks neat.

So far I've only stitched one of the pockets, but my son absolutely LOVES his shorts with the pockets on the side! And of course hubby is happy that his shorts no longer look like PJs, lol!! I can't wait to play with the rest!

Just stitched out pocket 2 the 13 cm size and it is perfect. Especially like the added stitch over the satin. I wanted a working pocket so monogrammed on fabric then did 2nd hooping to attach. Sorta tricky lining up but great final results.
