Fringed borders for towels and home decor: a ric rac border with tassels and two rows of fluffy tassels, stitched in the hoop.

The ric rac border comes in nine lengths: 4, 4.5, 5.5, 6.5, 7.5, 8.5, 9, 10 and 12 inches. The tassel row and the dancing tassel row each come in 4, 7 and 12 inches. The tassels are fringed and safe to wash.
