I managed to download the file and put onto my embroidery machine with no problem. The machine embroidered the smiley face ( uses a large amount of thread) but maybe because I am not that experienced I found the instructions very confusing how to get the frayed effect as all the thread around the edges came out. I also purchased a flamingo pattern but haven’t tried it yet, because of the problems I had. I have since been in communication with the seller and she has given me advice and links on how to solve my issues
