Western-style applique pockets for kids' outfits, made in the hoop. Add a real pocket to shirts, jeans, overalls and bags.
Five pocket styles: a classic pocket, pockets with one or two stars, a pocket with rounded corners and a horseshoe pocket. Each comes in 3, 4, 4.5, 5, 5.5 and 6 inches, and three small star appliques come in 3 and 4 inches. A wide satin edge and triple seam hold the pocket well.

Stitch the placement line, place a piece of appliqué fabric over it, then stitch the tack-down line. Trim the excess fabric close to the seam, and finish with the cover stitches.
