How do I keep my own embroidery files organized?

Short answer: Open My Uploads: every file sits on the same cards as your purchases. Filter by fonts or designs, colors and hoop size. Open a card for every size, keep notes on how it stitched, and plan the day you stitch it.

Steps on a computer

1. Your own files get the same Library as everything you bought from Artapli.
2. Open My Uploads. Every file you added is here, on the same cards as your purchases.
3. The filter row under the menu works on your files too: fonts or designs, number of colours, stitches, and your hoop size.
4. Open a card: every size, with its stitch count and thread colours.
5. Uploaded only PES? Switch to DST, JEF, VP3 or another format, and download it for your machine.
6. Print the colour chart, or check the stitch order before you sew.
7. Keep notes about how it stitched, right on the card.
8. And plan it. Add a size to your Planner, and pick the day you will stitch it.
