Here’s how to get started:
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Open Melco DesignShop.
- Watch the official tutorial to guide you through the font-mapping process: Melco Keyboard Font Mapping Tutorial.
- Inside your download folder:
- You’ll find DST files already grouped by size (small, medium, large).
- This makes it easy to select and assign each letter to the correct key.
- Once mapped, you’ll be able to type out names and words directly using your embroidery keyboard font!

Once your font is mapped, it will stay in your system—no need to redo the process. You’ll save tons of time on future projects!
