Stitching Instructions
Step 1: Embroider the Fronts
Hoop a piece of felt fabric with a layer of tear-away stabilizer. Attach the hoop to the machine.
Embroider the pumpkin faces and their outlines.
Step 2: Add the Backing
Before the final step, take the hoop out of the machine, but do not unhoop your project.
Turn the hoop over to see the back side of the project.
Attach the lining/facing fabric to the back of the hoop.
Please ensure there is plenty of excess fabric around the perimeter. I am securing the lining with tape or pins.
Step 3: Finish the Tiles
Return the hoop to the machine and sew the final outline seams, which will tack down the appliqué fabric and the lining together.
Unhoop the project and carefully cut out the individual game tiles along the stitched lines.
